Was there last night about 7 pm. The man who makes and serves you the pizza is not friendly at all, actually quite rude, but the lady cashier made up for it cause she was very nice.. As for the pizza the crust could have been a bit crispier

Customer service was awful and the chicken ceasar salad came with the chicken parm chicken and they charged more because it wasn't the right chicken for the salad. What's worse, it wasn't real chicken. It was some frozen patty thing!

Place is under staffed im looking for a quick slice of pie instead 1 girl working trying to make pies n other food while serving customers and cash them out kinda sad to see a sbarro store ran this horrible

Went to ask for a large pie, the manager herself wouldn't sell me a pizza bc they were closing. It was 430-450 pm. She wouldn't even sell me the pie that had just come out of the oven. I've worked at Sbarro in my teen years and we never turned a guest down that asked for a pie no matter the time, or we'd sell them a pie that was already out. Ridiculous management behavior, especially in front of her employee. It would've been different if they ran out of ingredients but the manager herself was clearly more concerned about closing instead of making a pie I was willing to pay for, or sell me a pie she had already made. Thumbs down. I actually wanted to give zero stars.

Service sucks, I don't know why people look for those jobs when they can't take orders,I just wanted a garden salad, she said the only thing they had was just pepperoni pizza when the Salad still available I will never go back again place &service sucks, Very unhappy about. :(
