Always paid my rent and said I was behind, but Section 8 paid three-forths the rent and I paid the rest. And they charged me damages I didn't do. They like scamming people out of there money.

Do not rent here! They know if they're going to rent to you upon contact before you even fill out the application. I was denied because they had a miscommunication with my current rental agency and she told me if I was to call them and get them to call her back to clarify the information that they would look at my application again so I did just that and they called Ann and verified the information and she then going to call me to say well once you denied you can't get it reapproved and that I would have to wait 6 months before I could even apply again I have been on my job for years and I also been renting from the same rental agency for years with no bad reviews from my job or my rental agency and I still got denied!!

They allow someone else to view the property while you are in there...this made me uncomfortable
