Moonlight Carpet Cleaners

We used this company to clean the stairs/carpet in our home. It was easy to schedule and reasonably priced services. Joe was great about confirming, he arrived on time and did a great job. The stairs/carpet look great!! I would use this company again and would highly recommend their services. Plus Joe is a nice guy!!

We called Moonlight carpet cleaning to clean our rugs and basement concrete floor. The worker showed up on time and work hard all day. A few times a checked on him he checked to make sure I was happy with how things were looking. He did a great job and was reasonably priced.

I must inform the public of this company because the experience I had I didn’t deserve. When I first contacted Joe who is the owner and does all the work. I made an appointment for Saturday morning we initially agreed he would be at my place at 10am. During that morning however that did not happen I woke up around 8:15am that morning went to take a shower around 9am when I was done with my shower I seen two missed calls from Joe and a text saying he was 25 minutes out. This was around 9:07 am he was actually 10 minutes away which was not enough notice very unprofessional. When I called him back he stated that he was at my place and waited 5 minutes then he left because he figured I was a scammer which lord knows I’m not. I was offended, but I still allowed him to come and do the cleaning even though he made me uncomfortable. He even popped a fuse in my apartment while he was cleaning so I was without power for over an hour. I was not too pleased with his work ethic or the job he did because I’ve seen better I just don’t recommend him to anyone.

Joe really cares about doing his job to your satisfaction. He is very responsive, and arrived on time. I had a sisal rug that I thought was unsalvageable, and he made it look new. A great guy, fairly priced and great service. Highly recommend him
