I read lot of reviews saying employees rude, mean etc. you didn’t realize that’s part of the Brooklyn, NY. Experience. Is everyone the mask police these days? Lighten up we’re talking food here. Probably full the most part it looks good. Rather than destroy this team just go somewhere else. Their staff is probably hard working and someone digging into them just really enhances their day. It’s easy to say leave your attitude and problems at home. You want to go to really good restaurant come to Manhattan and spend about $500 for a steak dinner for four, or go to jack in the box. It’s a diner, maybe some customers have to change their out look

I placed a large order (over 50 box lunches) from Josh and Robin. The lunches were excellent. Joss, Jess and Robin helped us by sorting and grouping the lunches according to the list I provided. The order was ready on time and they helped us load the boxes. The Robins Nest employees were great to work with; they provided outstanding customer service to us. We'll order from them as often as possible!

Fantastic food, great staff, and the shop follows CDC guidelines and enforces masks. Thank you for keeping your staff and customers safe. Sorry to see all these ignorant people mad at you for keeping a clean and safe environment.

Came into The Robin's Nest for a sandwich and was pleasantly surprised, so I recommended it to a friend. Sadly, that friend was berated, discriminated, and publicly humiliated by the manager of The Robin's Nest due to his inability to wear a mask. Is this what our world has become, that common decency and courteousness no longer exist between human beings? The treatment received here goes beyond poor service and becomes something filled with hate-speech, inequality, and border-line bigotry. I won't be going back, and don't recommend this shop to anyone. Eat at your own risk! With that kind of open prejudice being demonstrated by the manager, it makes me wonder what's happening to the food prep when no one else is looking.
