Waterfalls Car Wash & Quick Lube

I went in for the first time on 03/06/21 and thinking it was a good idea and decided to get the $19 monthly car wash. I handed the guy a $20 bill and then proceeded to ask me for my registration. Later asked me how was i going to pay I stated i handed it to you. He came back with my registration and laughed and said “Sorry it was the 420 if you know what i mean”. InnI decided to back on Wednesday since i work near by went back 03/10 and for some reason my car wasn’t rolling on the tracks. I got nervous and the guy started yelling and being rude instead of helping me and said “I can’t help you I don’t know what to do”. I was so anxious and the guy was not helping at all by yelling at me. Finally i was able to get my car through when i calmed down.nnConclusion:nThey have no customer service whatsoever and they are rude and not polite. And my car was always left with soap on the passenger side.

Have been coming to get my oil change and car wash here for a long time now. Great service, very helpful customer service. Always attentive to their customers. Highly recommend, good prices as well.

Called on a wim on Sunday for an oil change and they were able to hook me up and answer all the questions I had. Cool people and have u in an and out in a jiff

The owners wife is extremely rude and unprofessional. My father went there to get the oil changed for his vehicle on 1/10/2020 and accidentally dropped a piece of paper without knowing. She saw it, instead of picking it up and letting him know he dropped something, she went up to him and gave him a lesson on how to be clean and straight up called him dirty. That’s no costumer service right there and she has never met him to call him dirty in the first place. Keep in mind that my father has been going to their business for over 6 years. That day they lost a regular costumer.nnChuck on the other hand from the car wash side has excellent costumer service. Always very friendly and beautiful smile on his face. Throughout the time I’ve been going to the car wash I haven’t had any issues with him. Great person!

I purchase the Works car wash, unlimited monthly for $19, great deal. It's even better for the business when I forget to use my monthly washes. My car comes out of the car wash freshly cleaned!
