Good shredded chicken Enchilada just no real hot sauce to wake it up. Don't get me wrong, your food was great, nicely done chicken and a dandy tortilla. I just very rarely can find real hot sauce away from my home near the Mexican border. Or to say it this way, what most people consider hot, I don't.

One of my top spots for delicious mexican food. Service is always super even when they have a full house. The service was friendly and sociable. The bill won't shock you. Feels similar to a cafe in Chicago I loved.

Same good food, bad employees. Sloppy delivery, bad attitudes. I eat in other locations twice a week. I know the routine and what to expect, but the new SLC airport location seems to be a toxic work environment. It wasn’t just a bad 1-time visit— I fly 3 times a week. The employees are consistently mediocre and grouchy.

Should be 0 stars... ordered on the app (as we were encouraged to do so) and then proceeded to watch probably 50+ customers get there food right away by standing in line. We waited 42 minutes to get our food. Mind you, we didn’t order anything crazy, just 2 meals. Meanwhile, another customer ordered mobile as well and got hers within 10 minutes. We learned our lesson coming here. It wasn’t until we asked that we found out that they forgot about our ordered and proceeded to make our food in literally under 5 minutes.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. The staff was all very slow and very rude. They seemed put off that I was asking for sour cream in my order. The staff member that took my money was telling every customer how he didn't care of he got fired and he very clearly didn't care about what was going on. To top it all off the food was completely ruined by the fact that the entire burrito was filled with hard uncooked inedible rice. I've been to different Cafe Rios plenty of times and this one definitely sucks. Will not be returning.
