Don’t charge for chicken. Turn your music down.
Great spot for delicious cheap food. visited at eight, it was not full. service is typically above par. this place has a cool design. food is similar to a cafe in portland i loved.
I rarely go to zupas and when I do I go to a different location and now I know why. I made an online pickup order, got a confirmation email AND text but when I got there, surprise nothing was ready! If I hadn't had paid I would have walked out then and there. Instead I waited a good 10 minutes for a salad with rusty leaves and a small soup. And then they forgot the chicken. I turned around and picked it up but the worst part was the customer service- or lack thereof. Each time something was wrong the employees shrugged and had the attitude of not my fault. Even after my order wasn't ready and I had to come back for the most essential topping I wasn't offered any apology. Go somewhere else if you want a decent salad with some decent customer service
Lexi helped me figure out some vegan options because Cafe Zupas has none 👎🏻 Very tasteful and filling! Best Service I’ve had at a zupas so far. Very kind, very clean. Only one bathroom for girls and one for boys. Needs more! Definitely yummy!
A fav spot for delicious cheap food. I love it here. The service here is attentive. Food is like a place in Baltimore I liked.
