Allies Lash Bar

I arrived on time for a lash lift and the girl had forgotten about me. Like already had a client forgot about me. I had to wait a half hour. I should have left but was excited about my lash lift and couldn’t book at another time. When she finally started my lash lift my lashes felt like they were being pulled out. The girl was rough and seemed impatient and rushed. When I was finished with my service I was horrified. Lashes were missing and droopy. No lift whatsoever and they stuck together. The girl didn’t seem to care and right away asked for payment. She knocked off $5 for being late but it was not enough for me to feel better about my experience. If you’re looking for quality and good service this is not the place. Look elsewhere.

I went for my lash appointment, she was working on a another person... I needed my lashes removed they couldn’t do it.... I had to go somewhere else to get them removed I told the Girl I was comming back and she lefted and made me come back the next day.... then I asked for lashes that cost 125 which was supposed to be volume lashes but she put classic lashes on me and they are scams I will never go back....if you want your lashes done right go to lashes_by_melz on Instagram and she can REALLY HELP YOU !

I had a truly horrific experience here - (and I have gotten my eyelashes done elsewhere in the past without any problems, so I can't blame that). When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the person who was supposed to be doing my lashes was nowhere to be found. After waiting for 25 minutes, I was told by another stylist that my original person had 'forgotten' and either I could 'text her to reschedule' or this other person could take me when she was done. I probably should have taken this as a red flag and left, but I decided to wait just a bit longer. When I finally got to have my lashes done, I explained that I wanted them to be subtle, and asked for the sensitive skin glue in case (although I have never had an allergic reaction before). Within minutes, I had pain in my eye from constant readjustment of the tape, and was tearing up frequently enough to need a few breaks. We continued, and at the end of the session I noted that my 'subtle' eyelash extensions extended up to touch the bottom of my eyebrows. I was frankly shocked and went home with my eyes both burning at this point. I had severe pain in one eye and later found that I had a corneal abrasion (from improper tape placement). To add insult to injury, I have attempted to call and message Allie's Lash Bar on several occasions regarding my horrific experience, and have not once heard back from or been able to reach someone. If you want reasonable eyelashes, actual customer service, and no painful eye injuries, I'd have to recommend going elsewhere.

Thank God I found Allie! I have struggled to find a lash artist in Rhode Island who produces consistent, quality work. I'm from California and have been getting my lashes done for years. After trying a dozen lash technicians in RI, I have finally found the right one. Allie works to make sure you are happy and your lashes look perfect! a perfectionist!! She is flexible, will work with your schedule and always gets me right in. I've referred many of my friends and cannot recommend Allie's Lash Bar enough!
