We have lived here since it opened yes it has some problems every place does but the staff that is here is doing a great job and it shows they have parties for the kids and for the adults around the holidays and in the summer. You are told and given paper work telling you about no smoking and towing in snow over 2 inches but some people don't think it applies to them.Out side of that this place and the staff are doing a great job.That is all in the handbook you are given but people don.t read them

Lived here for about 3 years and it was a consistent nightmare. The units are gorgeous and updated but my quality of life living in this building was absolutely terrible. The walls are paper thin, A LOT of domestic issues occur during all times of the day/night and there is a disgusting amount of dog feces around the property. I broke my lease early after finding a used needle in the stairwell of my floor.

Very unprofessional. Despite paying a deposit, the apartment was given to a tenant whose apartment flooded- they did not inform us until the morning we were to move in. Then we were given a second date which also failed

My wife and I broke our lease early due to this unprofessional management and property. Pipes leaked and took them 2 months just to fix them. I had no heat for almost 2 weeks and they told me to be patient while the property maintenance “made time for me.” On top of that, they fixed it and it still didn’t work then told me it would be fixed that week, never got fixed. We have parking passes for the property yet someone decided to slip a piece of paper into both of our cars telling us we can’t park there or “you will be towed, we are serious.” Really?! For the money we paid to live there in a half painted, small shoebox, not worth the stress or the constant lies this place delivers. Completely unprofessional, and cluttered. And the property manager has a terrible attitude and I have caught her in numerous lies in which she gets defensive right off the bat when confronted on her lies. Probably the one time I was happy to spend more money money and break a lease.
