Stephen did not set our appointment in his calendar, canceling the viewing when we called wondering where he was. Then canceled, by text, the very next morning for our follow up appointment and faked astonishment that the propety had been rented. Very unprofessional and discourteous. Hopefully other realtors with this company are more considerate of the lives of their prospective clients.
