Marc, the man I spoke with over the phone was not only pleasant in speaking with he was also very accommodating to ensure I receive the exact type of service needed. He made sure to fully explain exactly what the technician would be doing from the time he arrived from the time he left. He made sure to let me know that the technician would measure the area that is to be serviced and he would give the price prior to starting the job. I am fully satisfied with Top Job and the wonderful service I was provided. The technician did a great job. He did not rush and the results show that. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service & I will most definitely use them in the future.
