Hired him to install a toilet. He installed said he would be back next day to caulk. We let him know there was an issue with the installation. He came back twice without tools. I finally asked for installation fee back he agreed still waiting. After 7 weeks another plumber fixed it in less than two hours. He gave me a card that said Sandy Martin plumbing same phone number same address. I would avoid like the plague.
This is an updated review. My previous review was honest, but there were some extenuating circumstances that I was not aware of. There was a period that I had not heard from him. Later, I found out that he was in the hospital for four months and had to learn to walk again.nHe has since done three jobs for me and I am very satisfied. I feel confident in recommending him to others.
Took around $5k and 6 weeks to do a $2000 two day job. This guy is full of excuses - always putting off work date or rescheduling. I believe he just takes advantage of elderly people....I would steer clear of him at all cost!
Returned my call when no one else did . Excellent service when I needed a water main leak fixed quickly. Very fair pricing. Did not charge me extra foe working on a Sunday.
My son had bad experience. He took check without fully completing work. Had to continually call to get him back. He re routed water pipes over attic with no insulation over pipes. Pipes burst twice over winter causing water damage and ceiling holes Had to go to insurance company to get damage fixed. Also did not come out when supposed to. When contacted he would state another day then not show up or call. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST
