If i could give more than 5 stars i would. i talked to Dylan, the manager and he was awesome! he got me to sign up for a membership and he also helped get my sister and mother signed up that same day. customer service at the zips in bowling green is AMAZING!! I will definitely stay using them as long as he is there!
I have been a member pretty much since they opened but the last two months I have not got what I pay half the time . I try to contact them but no phone number this needs to be addressed very disappointed in them
Nice carwash. Friendly staff and did a great job in my car. Vacuums did a nice job too. Like the air hose feature.
When they were new in town I figured it was worth giving them a try. Signed up all 3 cars for a membership since then it’s been a disaster. Half the time the barcodes don’t work and then you have to prove you are a member. Today the screen said I needed to renew although I was charged my monthly rate for all 3 cars on the first of the month. They refused to look into the issue even though I had my bank statement pulled up to show them. Cancelled all 3 memberships today after being told I was a liar by there employee. Drove straight to cheetah clean and gave them the business of all 3 cars!!!
I joined when the car wash initially opened. The strip that they put in your window has not worked one time. I have complained about it, I told them I wanted my membership canceled. They told me the date that I would need to cancel it, never offered to put a new strip in. I told them the car wash does not get my car clean, they said I would have to spend more money in order for it to get my car clean. I told them I have been with Cheetah for years and on the least expensive tier and my car was always clean. Customer service is horrible not to mention their car wash is horrible as well. I was given corporate offices number because no one called me back from the car wash itself to cancel my membership and needless to say no one answers the number at corporate either.
