Great Carwash! They did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! They cleaned both inside and out, Perfectly!!! Our SUV was extremely dirty and it came out Great!!! Price was very reasonable, Associates were Friendly, Service was FAST!!!nWhat more could you really hope for?nWe'll DEFINITELY be back!!!
I go to this place for long time . It only getting worse every time I go there.. for example las time they didn't not celan my rims.. most if the dust from my brake was not wiped off.. I always wanted to leave bad comment and there it is.. 18 dollars for car wash not worthed.
I had interior and exterior detail done. Interior was in the same condition as I dropped it off. Employee working on my sons car claims he has shampooed the seats and he wouldn’t be able to shampoo it again as it would bring out the stains even more but that I could bring it in and he would look at it but promised me he even asked his manager about the stains because he couldn’t remove them. These are not tough stains. I didn’t want to take it back to them because I felt he would prove me wrong that he couldn’t remove the stains so I took it to scottsville location on same day and manager there was very helpful and had one of his best employee clean it and the results show. Pics attached. It goes to show person working on my car didn’t know what he was doing. Attempt to do your best should be done on the first visit after all its detailing I have asked for so I do expect to see some results vs zero. I was needing 2 more of my cars detailed but I won’t take them here.
The service is greet. Everyone friendly and polite.
DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED. My truck was dirty and not dry. They told me they don’t dry cars. Then I took pic how they dry next car behind me. So why lie?? I called and complained the person on the phone says “sir we don’t dry cars”nnVery unprofessional and bad service!!nnGo to Express Carwash Campbell LN They nice and Very Professional!!
