Very very unorganized and unprofessional. I paid for a full year upfront and the vacuums are ALWAYS out of service at both locations in Bowling Green. Half the time I sit there and wait and NO ONE comes out and when they do they have to light their cigarette first. I usually do not complain but when you have already paid for a membership the equipment should atleast be working. The girl working on the Scottsville rd location is the only hardworking employee and is always willing to help.
Too high price for the quick detail, wanted extra 3.00 to vacuum and wipe the trunk down.
Guy that sold us the package was very helpful. Paid for full service, prewashed one side of my truck, auto dried. Pulled out front to get the rest done, door jambs, tire shine, hand dry etc, no one ever came out to compete the service. If they aren't going to do it that's fine but don't charge for it.
Did a beautiful job! The guys are very polite..
The wash was good. The workers were efficient but not so friendly. I don't know if it was bc we had a free wash coupon received from a local car dealer following service. Many employees always are busy cleaning cars inside and out so they must do great work.
