Had my car washed two weeks ago. Had no scratches on windshield before wash. Cleaned my windows when I got home and noticed scratches on drivers side of windshield. Called and talked with Omar and he said the same thing happened to a lady earlier and to bring it in so he can look at it. Brought it in two days later and showed it to a kid working there. He looked at it and took pictures, said they would get back with me after Omar looked at them. Omar called me back a week later and said there was no way the car wash could have caused it. Stay away from this place and use the touchless car washes. They clean way better and don’t damage your car. My car was still dirty when it came out for $15. Guess he though I scratched it and was trying to get money from them. Have way better things to do.
Generally good but wish they would call back about the floor mat that was destroyed in their mat cleaner
