Very poor service. The quality of work is terrible. And they are incredibly expensive. The workers looked homeless. They break your personal possessions and refuse to compensate you for it. The are liars that will not take responsibility for anything. They will over charge and lie to the insurance company to get paid for more than they do. They will leave trash all over your yard. They will leave you with tons of work and clean up from their careless destruction. And the customer service department is terrible. When you try to let them know about all of this they tell you its not their fault and refuse to help. They will pretty much call you the liar and thats that. Save yourself some heart ache and money and literally go with anyone else out there. I mean ANYONE! Servpro is a garbage company.
Rodd and Joanna did an awesome job with the CE class at the Lake Club! Rodd is a great speaker and kept it interesting for the two hour class - they also went out of their way to personally help me and I appreciate that ! Highly recommend Servpro !
SERVPRO had a CE class today for insurance agents.. want to say had a great time talking to staff. Also appreciate all Covid practices was in place to make me feel comfortable and safe.. thank you all for what you do everyday...
The business I work at hired Serve Pro to sanitize our building and did a fantastic job. Rachel was the employee who worked with us, she was very professional, courteous, and had great customer service. She was accommodating to our schedule and did a great job.
Work was started and completed with no delays. Area that was cleaned is better than before backup occurred.
