Dan was really good. They showed up actually a little bit early which was fantastic. We had two houses next door to each other done mine and my mother's. He and Tom worked together well, efficiently moving furniture as needed and putting things back respectfully so. The carpet in both houses came out better than I had anticipated, they're more than a decade old. The man on the phone needs to find his smile but the guys made up for it.nThank you gentlemen!
On time, professional, courteous and even suggested a cleaning of our sectional and rocking chair, and deodorizing care , which I hadn’t initially thought of but so glad they did!! We had our carpets cleaned for the first time ever with Stanley Steamer. I highly recommend! They are the best we have ever used! Mike G and John C were so very professional and did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!
They did a great job cleaning our very old living room couch, two chairs, and an ottoman. We got the clean, protect, and deodorize treatments. The deodorizer smells great. Kurt in particular was impressive. He's very knowledgeable about upholstery and was able to give us very detailed instructions and tips about how to maintain the upholstery on our furniture in the future. He really knows what he is talking about, so I'd highly recommend requesting him.
