Took my 2017 aluminum body F150 thru here and heard a thump while my truck was get washed. When I exited and pulled around to the side for vacuuming and wiping down my door jams I walked around the vehicle and found 3 dents at a 45 degree angle on my tailgate with residue from there so called sponges. Brought it to there attention and I was told to contact management. I did and they took the stance that the dents were already there and there was nothing they could do about it. Anyone who knows me I’m very conscientious about my vehicles. Anyway my word against there’s. I will never use a friendship car wash again.
This car wash consistently misses the back of the vehicle. With my Escape, I would open the trunk and find a layer of soap. With my new vehicle, it does not rinse any of the back end. I pointed it out so they told me to run it back through, where the staff proceeded to put more soap on it which again did not rinse off. I ended up having to wash it at home. The membership tag was also placed too high by their staff and their system won't read it, but they blame my turnpike EZ pass (even though I have been both a member and an EZ pass holder for several years with no problem). I ended my membership and won't ever return to this car wash.
Very convenient car wash. Great hours. Friendly staff. They always get my bugs off and have clean towels by the vacuums for interior and exterior cleaning. $20 plan is perfect for regular washes.
The manager Kendra is amazing and very helpful!!
Workers are friendly, but I prefer the no touch washes. The last time I used this place I found a piece of the material wedged between my tail light and the metal above it.
