Their machine messed up and I let them know. They responded immediately and even sent me a code for a free wash that worked perfect the next day! Thanks guys!
The touch screen was not working properly. After paying $14 it would not raise the door to drive in. Called the number on the door and no response. Received a call back today. She explained what happened and explained how to use the touch screen and gave me a code to use in case the bar code on the receipt did not work.
Poor wash quality, 14$ and my car has dirty water streaks all over it. My car is white, so you can see them all over, up the hood, and down the trunk
Soft touch does a good job!
It does an OK job when it isn't closed for repairs.nnBest place in Bellefontaine imo.nnIt would be better if they fixed the nozzles that arent working and turned the undercarriage sprayers on for additional time for pick up trucks.
