Very unhappy with service from front desk clerk who did not seem to appreciate my genuine questions regarding the cleaning of what I consider to be a unique garment. My approach was sincere and the response was bitter and cold. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
Asked for a starch and pressing of a large linen tablecloth. Paid a SUBSTANTIAL amount for this service.Just took plastic off and put it on the table and it is wrinkled terribly.Tablecloth was POORLY pressed and put on a hanger without folding properly so edges were crumpled against both sides of hanger.Will have to dampen and press the entire thing myself.Will not be using this dry cleaner again.
Over priced. If you offer same day or next day you should take it at any time that day to be able to get it for the next day. The lady was very rude.
Love the people
Wonderful service, the staff is always polite and helpful. I have been coming here for several years and I can always depend on my clothes looking pristine. This summer I had my drapes cleaned and I was so impressed with how they looked after being cleaned and pressed. I highly recommend Granny Anne's!
