I've worked for Bob for 7 years. All 3 of my children have worked for him also. He is always there for his employees when they need him.
Owner was beyond rude on the phone didn’t have someone else come out to re-clean what wasn’t done. He just said ok I’ll give your money back and hung up. I even was asking if I could just have different people come clean and send him pictures showing what wasn’t done appropriately and he wasn’t even willing to except the pictures and when I mentioned having a different crew he said yeah I’ll have to look at my schedule. He straight up Doesn’t care.
