As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. Jim and his staff were super helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient and explained everything as it happened. Him and his staff always replied to emails or calls same day. Would highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

Jim and his entire staff are awesome! If your looking to sell your place or buy one go to the Experts at Jim Pruett Realty. He is a Full Time Salesman/ Realtor not a part time agent! Great people to deal with start to finish. Highly recommend this business to all my friends and family members!

My house had been on the market many times, I had become somewhat discouraged with selling my property. Jim came over and gave a few suggestions to make it more appealing, before Jim could put up a for sale sign in the yard, he had it sold!nHis staff and he were wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions and made it a smooth process.nDo it with Pruett !!

I HIGHLY recommend Jim and his team to anyone looking to sell their home! We had several hurdles we ran into during the sell of the home, and even though Jim could have easily backed out he did not. If anything, he went over and beyond what most realtors would simply to help me out (as we didn't know what to do when finding out the home had over 100k lien without our knowledge). I cannot thank him and his staff enough for this, to even making the process SUPER easy even though not residing within Madison. By far one of my best experiences when dealing with a realtor!
