Current - Managemrnt is helping deal with the skunk trainer. I think training skunks in UT is illegal but the men and women up front and doing their best to talk with him. Things have quieted down now that its getting cold out. What a crazy Fall that was. 08 Nov - Gate fixed. Cant say why the apartments smell like a skunk every other night. Looked around the property and couldnt find any skunk critters. Seems to only happen when my neighbor arrives at his unit. Weird. 04 Nov - Someone tried to break in to my neighbors apt. They took off before SLC Officers arrived. Police seem to be here almost every day now for a variety incidents. If only that gate would close at night... Oct 20 - Found mail ripped through the bottom crack of my mailbox door. The gate to the apts doesnt close at night.

I moved into The Village at Raintree almost 11 years ago. I've seen three different ownership groups and multiple management companies in the time I've been here. The current owners seem to care more about Raintree and have put more money into upgrading the complex than all the previous owners combined. It's been nice to see improvements like staircases getting replaced and the front fencing and security gates installed, and Google Fiber was just installed, too! I am a mental health patient with extreme anxiety with a live-in personal aide, and management has always been understanding and accommodating of my issues, especially Megan and Jon who have been in the office for several years now. When we have maintenance issues that need to be addressed, Tyrone and his helpers have always been on the ball and have done really good work. I wish every dog owner would keep their dogs on leashes at all times, but that's about the only complaint I have. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Raintree; in fact, we're about to execute our latest lease renewal, which we'll do with no reservations. I look forward to seeing what improvements the owners make this year - it should be fun to watch.

I had a smooth transition into my new apartment. Staff and management was was on top of everything and the maintenance crew did a good job cleaning and restoring the unit. The complex is cozy and gated.

I have a problem with my AC since summer. I make my work order twice. They come in to "check " and didn't do anything. I being waiting 2 days. I have a dog that need to be on the AC most of the time. That's why I need my AC fix. The manager told me that if outside it was no hot enough they can't check if the AC need a refill. I'm so tired that they don't fix that problem. Plus the manager also said that if inside the apt is not 85 degrees or above they don't considered my order like an emergency. My apt is 75 degrees and keeps going up.
