Beautiful apartment complex, although the location of them aren't as convenient as you'd think, though its minutes from downtown, the railroad really can extend your wait times, most times its majorly inconvenient. "Luxury apartments" is an over statement, amenities closed during Covid did definitely ruin the full experience of living there, but for the coming years after, if youre not living by yourself then you do NOT get that full "luxury experience" EVER, they only allow 1 parking pass per Unit apartment. 2+ people living in one apartment with 1 parking spot, meaning one or 2 of you will be parking on the road and across the train tracks. Because for those who live there, you know parking on the road in the evening SUCKS, half near impossible to find a spot remotely close to the complex. Apartments themselves are beautiful, nice and spacious, convenience of a washer and dryer in unit are the best, trash valet service is great. Worth its price point? Absolutely Not.

My brother recently moved in to these apartments and they are nice. He really seems to like it and it’s a really nice complex.

I moved out of bridges recently. The staff is VERY honest and are out to make sure you are treated fairly in the move out process. The lead maintenance man ( Tyler I believe it is) is absolutely a joy. He’s so quick to repair anything that needs fixing and is always smiling. Good man. I recommend this place to a lot of people. The location isn’t ideal, but honestly I lived right next to the train and I got used to the noise. It was my safe space for a long time and I’m happy we loved there while we did. Don’t let the bad reviews discourage you!!!

Do not move here if you have more than one vehicle, parking here is ridiculous nor do they care if you get towed on or off there property. (If it's on property they will call a tow on you with no mercy, and they don't warn you about it either) No remorse will be given! They don't answer calls even when in office, they are not on top of things, handle maintenance requests late. since Covid they have become less efficient, things were in better shape before, they were more quick on answering and getting back to you takes forver to get emails answered unless you have an opening balance then they will message you or text you even if you have not opted in to receive messages. I repeat don't move here if you have more than one car its is not worth it! You will be paying fees and your guests will be paying fees for getting towed and you will feel bad its a lose lose situation!!

This complex is super nice. I had to move from Ohio for work and even during the pandemic, I was able to get clear responses and photos of the suites and location . It is by the train tracks but this hasn't been an issue and I am in a track facing suite. Even my cat has adjusted well. As far as the staff, they have been able to answer every question I have had quickly responding to emails within 24 hrs always.the apartment is clean and super secure and if you drive right around the block you are in the city. There are police and security patrols around the buildings and within the garage for added safety and peace of mind. I absolutely love it heres and I feel I lucked out coming into a new city blind.
