I have lived in Utah for 8 years but work out of state. Buying a home out of state is difficult to say the least. Booking a flight, getting schedules to line up, ect is tough. When I arrived all I received was a photo copy of the same info I had on my app. Personalities don’t always match. That’s fine. But I’d expect the agent to have the professionalism to answer questions and not appear as though I’m bothersome as we rush through a home walk through. At least refer me to some one else. Very disappointed in the experience I had with Urban Utah.

First time buying a home and Jennie Richau made it an enjoyable experience. She was always happy to go out looking and was always very helpful in making decisions or bringing up questions that I would not have even thought of. Jennie did a great job of keeping me informed of what was happening with the closing procedures and making sure I was in the loop. On top of being very helpful and professional she also has a great attitude and always seemed to have a smile on her face and happy to be out. I would recommend Jennie to any one that is looking to buy a home!

Michele Haley was wonderful in helping us buy our home. I tend to get overwhelmed and stressed very easily but she took care of everything in a timely manner and it really kept my stress level low. She guided us through everything and I cannot recommend her enough.

Jennie Richau was excellent! She was always candid and honest to us, providing great feedback and valuable insights. That was very important to our family, as we were coming from out of state and had limited knowledge of the Utah market. Responsible, reliable and patient are a few other Jennie's qualities. The closing process was smooth and Jennie prepared and supported us well!
