My wife and I were looking for a home to buy without getting agents involved. We came across a home that we liked and called the agent. The agent wanted to have another agent get in touch with us to help us with the process. I reluctantly gave her my information, but thank goodness we did. Trela called us up that night, we sent her some homes we like in the price range and area of the valley we were interested in. We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions and Trela was right there whenever we needed her assistance. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed getting to know her and appreciated her professional yet warm and relatable approach with us. We definitely felt like we were taken care of and would recommend her services to anyone that would like a smooth attempt at purchasing a home.

Trela was our real estate agent when we moved to Utah from the Midwest. She was amazing throughout the process. Since we were remote, she virtually walked us through many homes and gave us honest feedback and opinions. When we found the right home, she took us through the entire process, quickly responded to any questions we had, and made everything easy for us due to her knowledge and experience. Once we owned the home, she continued to check-in on it since we hadn't moved in yet. Continually she went above-and-beyond what we could have asked her to do. She was a wonderful blessing to us and we would recommend her to anyone.

Trela was my real estate agent when i bought my condo back in 2012. She just helped me sell my condo (Nov. 2018). The whole process was only tolerable because Trela always has a good attitude and positive outlook. She is always on top of her game, and attention to detail is her hallmark. Furthermore, she is just a joy to work with and communicate with. In the future, i will absolutely be utilizing Trela when it comes time to buy another place. - Paul Parks

I'm not sure how I can express my gratitude and the great deal of respect I have for Trela. She has now been my realtor twice, and I will call her again next time. My last move, in spring of 2017, was a difficult decision - I work full time and am working on a PhD at the University of Utah - but it was important for my family. I called Trela because my first experience with her was fantastic. She really helped us to find the best possible home, and throughout the process I knew she was working hard to make sure that happened. This spring the market was extremely tight, houses would often be gone the first day on the market. Despite the market pressure, Trela helped my wife and I feel totally under control. We knew when we found the right place for us that she would give us the best possible advice. At the same time, we had to sell our previous home - this is very tricky as it was much easier to sell than it was to find a new place. At every step, Trela was helping us schedule and manage our expectations. She is a true professional. Trela is my trusted advisor, I would recommend her to my best friends and my family. I really can't thank you enough Trela, we love our new home.

Trela helped us buy our first home in 2012. She made the search and buying process easy and pleasurable. It was always clear that she had our best interests in mind, and helped us find the home that was right for us at that point in our lives. When we decided to sell that house four years later, it was a no brained to go with Trela once again. Trela helped us sell and close On the house as we prepared to move out of state. We moved out of the house the same day it went on the market, and we were confident during the whole process that we had nothing to worry about. Trela frequently checked on the house, even shoveling snow from the driveway in our absence! We ended up receiving 16 offers - all of which were at or above asking price! Managing that amount of offers and the associated paperwork is a ton of work, but Trela did it beautifully and helped us interpret the offers so that we could pick the best one for us. Trela is great at what she does and incredibly knowledgeable in an ever changing market. Trela has a gift for being extremely professional while also making you feel like you are being helped by a friend. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
