What a waste of my time and money. A friend of mine who owns a real estate agency in another state offered to help me find a good realtor in his network of agents to help me sell my house in Cadiz KY. A few days later in early August, 2020, I received a call from Ronnie Sadler and felt like barfing. In just a few short minutes we were both squurming to get off the phone with each other. In 2014 I had asked Ronnie to come to my house shortly after I bought it in a forced tramsaction from a relative in Cadiz. I did not want to live im Kentucky. Ronnie came to the house and gave a nice presentation about the ways he would help me sell my house. After 2 weeks I called Ronnie and told him I was interested in hiring him to sell my house. We spoke a while on the phone. He asked me to call him a few days later to handle the paperwork. when I called Ronnie, he interrupted me and said he had to get off the phone right away and would call later. A number of days passed. Ronnie did not call. I called him. He slammed the phone down in my ear. i called again many times and only got voicemail. There was no reason for his bizarre behavior. When I spoke to Ronnie durimg the surprise phone call in August 2020 I asked if I could email him photos of my house so he could pull the comps. He said sure, and that he would get back to me with that information. Three weeks passed and nothing from Ronnie. I called Ronnie and asked if he had pulled comps so I could figure out how much to list the house for. Ronnie said no, that he had not done anything and had put all the photos (20) in his drawer to keep for later. it was extremely maddening. i told Ronnie I would be writing bad reviews unless he got back to me three days latet. When he did, it was an email with listings for 5 homes maybe. No message from Ronnie to suggest we sign paoerwork, to list the house. it was incredibly maddening. The way he pulled the comps looked extremely simple and I could have simply done this myself. This man is extremely weird.nnDont bothet doing business with Ronnie Sadler.

Ronnie was very helpful in finding the right property for us and helping to work out the details needed to get the deal done. Would definitely reccomend them.
