I tried this car wash out with a month pass. I was told the pass was good for only a month when I swiped my card to pay for the pass. Never was told that they charge every month to my card automatically. I didn't agree for an automatic membership. I contacted my credit card company to dispute it and put a freeze on them. I called magic tunnel in Defiance, ohio about being charged for services I did not agree to this and girl was very rude and would not credit me back. Very dishonest and poor customer services.
The best carwash around hands down. Reasonably priced, fast service, and a super clean car after. Free vacuum after every wash no time limit and very powerful. They also have a place to wash your car mats as well as a carpet mat cleaner.They offer 3 different monthly plans or pay as you go. Lastly you get your free car air freshener to hang up in the car.
Wish they would let you buy the mask with the little green bug on it....my daughter and son love this place...so if u do a mask or winter hat let me know.. we would love to promote the business.
This place is a joke. Their machines scratch your car. The only good thing is the car freshener and the vacuum. The management is awful and you can tell with how many new faces are there and how backed up they get. All the bosses there are super rude and and don’t treat their employees right behind closed doors. Just saying.... don’t go here!!!!
If I could give a -5 star I would!! Been there multiple times, i always specifically ask for undercarriage wash and each time they dont touch it. I've also asked them to run me back through and they still miss alot!! Also very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment.
