A local company family owned , very kind, respectable , professional , highly recommended as well as knowledgeable . Everything About my experience was TOP NOTCH. Very fast to respond to my initial contact. When i needed a clearer receipt for my realtor the office had me a new one in my email within the hour. 24/7 service . I spoke with Trey for over 30 minutes on the phone about our situation. We ended up not needing to use this business based on the information Trey shared with me. He recommended an excellent contractor and the work was done promptly and very well. Trey took the time to listen to what we needed and act in our best interest, which we truly appreciate. Although we didn’t get to use this business, based on the professionalism and recommendation from Trey, we would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you!
PuroClean did a duct cleaning, and Trey also performed a quick mold inspection for me as well. I have known Erin with the company for over a year now, and she is as professional and responsive as they come. I would highly suggest using them for any of the many services they offer and will not hesitate to make them my first call next time I’m in need.
