This dry cleaner is terrible. They ruined several of my dresses. They gave things back to me with stains that were not on them when I dropped them there.

Pat's Cleaners lost part of the first dry cleaning order that I dropped off to them. They said my two pairs of Banana Republic pants and my Express tie most likely got handed out to the wrong customer and I'd just have to hope that someone brought it back. I would NOT recommend taking your dry cleaning to them unless you want your valuable clothing to get lost.

Button was ripped off sweater when dry cleaned. They said it was an old shirt. It was brand new. Never been washed. They don’t know anything about style, vintage wear. They think a stress designed shirt is old. No care on clothing, strictly quantity. Pump it in, push it out. Go down the street to Barton and Lorain, Unique Cleaners, Maria will take care of you.
