Would give 0 stars if I could, Do not move here, the owner is a crook. Most of all the mobile homes are old and owner doesn’t keep them up.

Family owned just outside of trenton ky., Rentals in the country is for the type of person or family that wants to live in the middle of nowhere but still not have any private space. Its mostly two trailer parks with some houses on the main road. All are fairly close together. There is a park provided and maintained by owner. Also common play area for the kids which was very nice of the owner to build and provide. However the land sits over expansive cave system and there are a number of sinkholes scattered around the property area. Some are marked. Some are not. Rents are reasonable for what you get and the area. Mobile homes go from 500 to 600 a month. No utilities included. And homes can be upwards of 900. No utilities included. There is a maintenance person but good luck ever getting anything fixed. Ever. Overall its not necessarily a bad place. 3 stars because it can be paradise to the right people. But to the majority of population. Keep looking. (All price info given only represents price during reviewers time on property.
