The car wash is a reasonably good value with the Blue membership. Unfortunately the people who do the detail work of drying, wheel cleaning, vacuuming, etc... Don't do a very good job. I generally have to go over everything they do to insure it was dried and cleaned correctly. None the less, they are standing there with their hands out for a tip. While waiting I've heard them discussing (negatively) other patrons who didn't tip enough for what they believe they should have gotten. I don't believe a tip should be compensatory. They need to do the job. Still tipped, but drove away feeling disappointed.
While they are courtesy and location is convenient, they often do a poor job of cleaning inside surfaces... especially for the price you pay. However, they are mostly teenagers working I wouldn’t expect any better.
It was worth the $22 that was spent. I had the car vacuumed washed outside and wiped down inside. They did a good job. Not an excellent but a good.
5 stars for the hardworking typically young men and women working here. 1 star for final inspection. 5 stars for a big enough parking lot for me to pull over and finish washing myself. It should not appear that a sedan sized sneeze encapsulates my vehicle.
I took the time to leave a disappointing review last month, so I wanted to take the time to leave a rave review, today! Service was back to normal - great quality! Took a while, but they were busy and it was worth the wait. The staff was kind and hardworking - especially in the cold!
