I was here buying ice, and I bought 2 bags.. they had to go outside to unlock the ice machine and told me to get my ice. I grabbed 2 bags.. but the lady said I got only one.. I told her I paid for 2 and she said only one. I then showed my receipt that stated I got 2.. and the lady still was unsure. I took my receipt that she had in her hand and showed her the prices that 2 of them would = what i paid. And she goes off on my about snapping the paper from her hands. She was clearly drunk. Couldn't read the receipt and finally let me get my ice.. after stating that I messed with the wrong lady... lol I was just trying to get ice. Sorry you are drunk on the job on Sunday at 2pm. Blonde short hair lady.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. Half of the pumps never work, the staff is no help, and often seems inconvenienced to work there. I think the shortest time I have had to wait in line at the store was 10 minutes, and that is only with two customers ahead of me. Only stop here if it is a last resort, even then it is a roll of the dice of you will get either fuel or service.
This location has no interest in moving customers through the line. Extremely slow and unfocused.nnThere is a gas station on the intersection of Lomond and Lee. Much quicker and customer focused. I would recommend switching to that gas station. Much better!
Slowest service ever. Your good day will be a bad one.
