This place is amazing. Not only are the owners the NICEST people who remeber you the way a local bartender would, but they have never failed to get a stain out for me. My latest drop off was the biggest test. I brought my down North Face parka in after spilling oil from a leaky Indian food container all down the front. I was sure I had ruined the coat because the oil stain was BIG and everywhere. Once I picked up the coat after having it dry cleaned, I looked at it under the lights of my kitchen. It looks brand new! There is absolutely no stain or smell. Previously, Jill sewed and fixed the zipper on this same coat after it had ripped away from the bottom a bit, and the repair look like it was done at the factory. We are so grateful to have such an awesome dry cleaner that we can count on. Even though we moved from Lakewood years ago, we still drive the 15 minutes to take our things to New Westlake because we trust them completely. They always do an amazing job! Thank you do much for saving my coat!

Everything comes back looking brand new. They've done pea coats, work and party dresses, and button downs many times for our household. I had a stain on a coat that had been there for years that they got out.

I brought in my wedding dress that was in the closet for a year and a half, expecting stains to stay but it looks brand new! Very impressed and the owners were a pleasure. I can tell they value their trade.

Great service! I brought in a dress that I totally TRASHED at an outdoor wedding. Let's just say it looks BRAND NEW now. Like, are you KIDDING me?! I am beyond pleased.nnThe owners are super sweet and we had a nice little conversation while I was in. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Also super affordable.
