Went in to get my nails done. Very nice customer service. Ramsey was very nice, clean an all around done a perfect job at what I wanted done. I recommend her to everyone an exclusive nails.
Quality nails by experienced professionals.
Have been several times and even though always made appointment had to wait but didn’t complain. Today after calling 4 hours someone finally answered the phone. Made a 3pm appointment with tech I always see. Arrived at 2:55 and sign in. The tech told me that my tech was on vacation and would be back Thursday. Then why was I told 3pm today? The whole family went on vacation! Not a professional way to run a business. I am not against anyone taking a vacation but if your business is a service that depends on loyal customers, you need to rethink how you treat your customers. I won’t go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
Terrific pedicure! Courteous and friendly technicians. The service is quick and prices are reasonable.
