Loved the customer service these ladies contribute to their patrons. Excellent time spent on my 6 and 8 year old nieces too! Love the quality of the supplies and the atmosphere of this shop. If you're looking for a true hair delight and for someone who genuinely cares look no further.
WOW so impressed! Madi Gregory (@madi.g.beauty) did an awesome job really listening, analyzing and delivering the perfect hair color and cut to fit me. She's a perfectionist - and I'm a huge fan!
My experience with this salon was very disappointing. I went to have my blonde highlights put back in all over since they were growing out. I went over this with the stylist, Madison was her name. I even showed her my pics, she seemed to under stand what I wanted before she started the process. Unfortunately she did not do the color correctly, so now my hair is about 5 shades of orangey & dirty brown shades. She tried to fix her mistake & reprocessed the top front, now it's evident it was a poor coloring job. Mind you, she charged me $95.00 for her mistake, with no apology or offer of some type of discount for this horrendous color job. I would have never minded paying that price if the quality & color was what we had discussed in the beginning. In fact, I would have paid even more. I was just extremely disappointed in her work & I left that salon feeling terrible. I'm afraid my hair is going to fall out now. I just really thought this salon was of better quality than the likes of what I received. Definitely disappointed & HIGHLY unimpressed.
Excellent services, Sara does a great massage! I did the full spa package as well today, and I am a whole new person! Madison did a fantastic job, and Teri did my massage today, and another phenomenal job!! Love this place!!
Had a massage done by Dawn back when I was on vacation, I enjoyed every moment. She made sure I was comfortable, well taken care of and made me feel welcomed there. A wonderful experience. Thank you so much Dawn!!
