Beautiful spot. Sad it's so run down. They are volunteer ran and maintained....not sure if covid has affected this or not but all structures are closed to the public, landscaping is not well maintained, building are all falling down. So sad. Used to look a lot different when I was a kid. Dont see this place lasting much longer if not for a great conservation effort.

This is a great place to walk around and visit. Something that would make it better is if they had some sort of people on site to show or talk about pioneer life.

It was great to see the historic buildings. Everything is over grown and the maintenance had been lacking.nWanted to see the horseshoe falls but had no clue how far it was in the trail. Walked for 15 mins and still had no clue where it was. Would be nice to have an idea of how long the home would be.
