They cut your hair the way you want it

2011 I went to have my hair lightend from faded red to blonde. I've Did this myself many times but thought I'd give a salon a try. My head burned so bad I wanted to cry. I told her and she processed again with something else. At the end of the day she prob knows she burned my head and didn't say anything to me I paid her... I went to church looked in the nitrite my head was bleeding!!! Never again that is not professional.
