This is the first time going. And I had my hair cut, and dyed. So did my fiance. We absolutely love this place. Definitely not going anywhere else to get my hair done.
Today I went for a long overdue cut and it was my first time in a private salon, since moving to Franklin 4 months ago. I was so happy to be fit in to the schedule same day. As soon as I walked in I could tell it was a close-knit spot. I expected a wait because everything just opened back up and things just happen, but the ladies were very concerned with trying not to make me wait. I thought that was sweet. Sierra did an AMAZING cut on my post-baby, dry, too long, broken old hair and now I feel pretty again. She probably thinks it was just a cut for me but it was way more. She helped give me back confidence I haven't had for 8 months!nI'll definitely be back, bringing my family, and telling everyone how great this shop is ❤ufe0f
Sierra, Kim's daughter, cuts, colors, and styles exactly what I ask her to each time. That is very rare and one of the reasons I continue to go back to Kim's. The others are availability and the personalities of both Kim and Sierra.
