My story. I have traveled all over the US for the past 4 Yrs. and my most fear is getting hair cut. I have short hair so there's not much room for mistakes. I am now in Franklin, Ky and once again I have been fearing getting my hair cut. Just driving by heading to another salon I decided to just give these ladies a chance. I am so glad I did. My hair dresser was Nancy, she is one of the owner's I think. I had stopped doing my desired hair cut because of so many bad experiences with women who couldn't cut it the way I wanted it, even showing them pictures. I simply said to Nancy how I use to wear my hair but had to change it because of the inability to get it right. She immediately understood the cut I wanted so I decided to give her a chance. I am so pleased with the cut she gave me, just like I use to wear it. She didn't get in a hurry, just to get her money and get me out the door. She was friendly and co-operative. I have gone to her twice now and both times was pleased with her work. It's time for me to move to my next location and just to say I will certainly miss having Nancy do my hair.
