The red head at H-Lounge is the best bartender ever!! Gave me the fastest service ever while fitting in all the kindness! Plus the drink was delicious as always. She helped make my Thursday night epic!

Great casino! Everyone abiding by wearing masks. While there, some people clearly didn't know how to wear one, the casino made regular announcements on the proper way to wear it. Would like to see more hand sanitizing options. Didn't see any staff make any attempt to clean slots at all. All the staff were friendly and truly looked happy to be there.

The staff is always professional while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Even through these difficult times, the casino is clean and well-maintained. Sanitizing stations are easily accessible and readily available. The staff really makes you feel the escape that you need while here.

Have won decent before but now been there everyday and can't win anything. What u all do to the machines. I know a lot of others saying same thing. No promo here. I don't go to Miami valley very often but I at least get some promo there. I don't expect to win all the time but out of 20 visits I can't win anything. Staff is always nice.
