I have nothing but good things to say about my experience living in these apartments. I lived in a 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment for a year, and had no problems. I loved using the pool during the summer months, and i had quiet upstairs and downstairs neighbors which was a huge relief. I moved to another building and signed another 12 month lease the following year, and I had another great experience. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment, and had quit neighbors in that apartment as well. It was also newly renovated, which i loved. The maintenance staff was always friendly, and took care of any issues very quickly. Marlene and Jennifer are the ladies working in the main office, and they both do an amazing job. I cannot stress enough how hard they work, and how well they do their jobs. I have recommended these apartments to multiple friends and family members. I would definitely return if i ever moved back to the Xenia area.

Could make the work out room bigger. There is a big empty space in the one room. THIS SHOULD BE AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. THE TANNING BED !!!!! GET A NEW ONE NOT ONE THAT CAME OUT WHEN TANNING BEDS BECOME A BIG THING. ITS SO OLD NOT GOOD AND THE ROOM IS WAY TO SMALL !! NOT KEPT UP WITH THE BULBS !!!!!!!!! FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN UPDATED !!!!!! It would be a nice place if they could update things

Marlene and Jennifer have made my experience at deer creek absolutely amazing and comfortable! The grounds are always kept clean and they are more than helpful with any need and or request you have!

I currently reside in the apartment complex and I haven't had any issues thus far myself, however, I would like to see the prices go down just a little its a bit pricey. I would also like to see the clubhouse hours be a little longer than regular business hours without having to rent the whole clubhouse. I would like to see new machines in the workout area and an indoor hot tub and spa area, however, other than that its a great place to live.

If you like other residents selling drugs ie heroin out side of your apartment go ahead live here, or if you like the fact you have to give a three month notice before your lease ends that you will not be renewing it go ahead and live here, and don’t forget about the “professional” maintenance crew.
