I have known and worked with this company for years. John and Cheri Jacobus are two of the most well respected, knowledgeable, and honest individuals in real estate and in everyday life. Their team works extremely well together to get the job done and create a relationship with their clients that goes beyond real estate. I will continue to refer my family and friends to them.

Finding Cheri Jacobus at Blue Tree Realty was a blessing. She helped me avoid a purchase that would have caused a lot of headache and helped me find my dream home. Cheri was always available, and her husband John even came out to help us with 47 years of experience in the area It's rare in this world to work with people that truly care, and Cheri and Blue Tree fall into that category. As a buyer, I never felt hustled or rushed... She listened to me and got me a great deal. I can't recommend her more highly.

Buyer Beware! Jared Jacobus from Blue Tree Realty. He is a real shyster. If this is the agent you are purchasing from STAY AWAY!!! He verbally agrees and negotiates to anything stating that his client is really laid back and will amend the contract to dates and items until the contingent date in the contract passes then won’t sign or put anything in writing but still continues to verbally negotiate.
