She outlined, in detail, the sales strategy, time and price points we would use and was 100% correct in her price estimate and timing! I've dealt with many realtors, but she has them all beat.nnMargaret explained the reasoning behind every decision from pricing to preparing the home for viewing. She suggested very cost-effective ways of sprucing the place up for the open house.nnFinally, I could always count on her getting back with an update or an answer to a question in short order.
