I was really patient with these guys but they continued to burn me time and time again. I am in law enforcement and therefore need my uniforms pristine. One of the major things I ask for is a crease on the sleeves. This is not a major ask and can be done extremely easily. You would think putting it in the middle of the sleeve is common sense. However, the first time they forgot and had to do it myself. Second time it was double creased, third time it was on the side of the sleeve. Every single time, I had to explain and ask them to do it right. Then last week they forgot my pants at the processing plant and I had to wait another day and wear dirty pants to work.nThat brings me to my other point. They ship your clothes to Lewis Center and do not do the process themselves. They are extremely expensive and do really bad work! Tonight I'm getting ready and guess what, another crease off centered. I've had enough with these guys. To them, this is just a distribution process. Get as many garmets as possible to make maximum profit, ship them elsewhere and not care about quality. Fool me once shame on you, fool me 6 times, shame on me. Never again will I go there. Do yourself a favor and go to a mom and pops store to get better quality. They will care about your clothes and not your wallet.
