My experience started out well but went downhill. Had my toenails painted (no pedicure) and no clear top coat was applied. Then a different person (one of the owners) took me up front and put my nails in a bowl of acetone to soak off my old dip nails (which I had done there) and left to go do a pedicure. I sat there so long the dip liquified and the ends of my fingers turned white from the acetone. Then another person took me over to another station and finished my nails. My nails started out looking great, but two days later they started to chip and before one week was over all were chipped. I expect dip nails to last longer than 2 days. That was a waste of $40 and I will not be back.
Have you ever been racially profiled by another minority? As an african american female, I had an appointment for 12:45. I came in 5 minutes early, and come 1:00, I was still waiting, which is completely fine. However, at 1:00, two white women walked in and were seated immediately for their pedicures. Their nails were also done at that time. Come 1:25, I was still waiting. I ended up leaving because no one had even bothered beginning my fill in OR pedicure. I won’t be returning.
