I had a last minute need for office space and New City Homes was able to accommodate. I had an awesome office with complete peace and quiet. Offices and conference room were newly remodeled with a clean and hospitable common space. Great experience! I will reach out in the future if the need arises again! Thanks New City!

If I could, I would give them a big, fat ZERO. We were looking at a home with great interest and fit all criteria. They strung us along and at the end of the day decided to let us know the home was rented before quitting time. They knew applications were in and did not let us know a single thing about anything we asked, period. Save your time and go elsewhere with responsible agents.

I think the approach that New City is taking with urban development is key to bringing back a positive and desirable environment to areas that have not had a positive outlook in a long time.

Applied for a home on this site that's been sitting empty for quite a while and was a decent price...went to self tour and it wasn't bad, but not the best. I'm assuming the reason it's been empty is because they are asking for so much upfront (almost $4k) to move in..that right there is enough for anyone to pass up that's just looking to rent...not buy but rent...got denied apparently they thought I wasn't able to make the monthly payment even though I pay ALL of my bills on time per my credit report and my rent where I stay which is equivalent to what they were asking. So I don't know what they are on..I say keep looking and don't waste your application fee here.
