I could not recommend this place more! We moved in a few months into the pandemic and they were a dream to work with. Cora in the office is SO nice. The apartments themselves are nice and fairly large for the cost of rent compared to other places. Maintenance is on grounds at all times and is quick to fix any issue. They were so understanding when we ended up having to break our lease early and move out of state. If I ever move back to Columbus I would not hesitate to come back. Seriously, a great place overall.

Literally I was staying in a hotel desperate for a place to live. Checkout was today and whoever handled all my paper work for the apartment did it so fast so I wouldn’t have to worry ud83dude2dud83dude2d❤ufe0f. I turned in my application yesterday and literally an hour later I got a call saying I could get the keys for an apartment today. The service is very excellent and everyone is so friendly. All my questions / concerns were answered right away. I don’t even have credit and this process happened so fast. I HIGHLY recommend to check this place out !!!

Just passed my 1 year of living here and will definitely be staying, I've never had any trouble with neighbors or other residents, the grounds are clean, and everyone's so friendly! For a first apartment or just one for a good price with updated renovations Raccoon Creek is a great option. Would definitely recommend!

I will start with a disclaimer: I did not live in this apartment complex; I was supposed to live here but the COVID-19 pandemic changed my plans. However, the reason I am giving these folks five stars is because of their excellent customer service during these uncertain times. They were always delightful to deal with over the phone and were really understanding and accommodating to my specific situation. While I cannot comment on the actual apartments and how it is like living there, I can attest to their helpfulness and consistently great customer service.

These apartments are perfect for young adults. They are very quick to fix any problems you may have. Everyone is very friendly, the apartments are well kept and they keep up with maintaining the outside as well. I loved living here!
