This is an incredible place to call home!nThe floorplans are open, modern, and spacious; the office staff is by far the best I've encountered in this industry; and the community is so well maintained and peaceful.nWe were sad to say goodbye to Redwood Dublin! Thanks for all you've done for our family, Holly and team!

Great quiet place to live. It has a warm community feel and neighbors will wave to each other as they pass on the street. Layout is an open concept and spacious. Paul on the maintenence team is friendly, responsive, thorough, and efficient. Always goes above and beyond.. Hope and Holly in the leasing office are nice and knowledgeable, always willing to help you in any way they can. It's suburb living, but close enough to things to do / places to eat. The rent is high and gets increased on EVERY renewal. Pet policy is the best I've ever seen in a long time, allowing up to 3 pets for the same monthly pet rent amount regardless of how many/variety. Overall , it's a wonderful place to live if you can afford the constant rent increases!
